Cielo faculty conduct research that combines experimental, computational and mathematical approaches to some of the most basic questions in cell biology, including studies of the dynamics of cytokinesis, cell polarization, cell shape change and reorganization during morphogenesis, cytoskeletal mechanics and cellular behavioral state.
